Fat blockers work when they are combined with a proper and diet and exercise program and are used to try to block the fat intake from a cheat meal when you are on a diet, not from a cheating lifestyle. If you eat fatty foods all of the time, you will be fat.

If you are on a diet and you eat a cheat meal, fat blockers may help block the absorption of fats from that meal. The pills may help your body dispose of some of the fat intake from the bad foods you eat, when it is out of the normal course eating from your diet.

These foods contain good fat that can actually help promote weight loss and a healthy lifestyle. Stay away from foods that contain saturated, monounsaturated, polyunsaturated and trans fatty acids. These types of fats raise blood cholesterol and can lead to coronary heart disease, heart attack and stroke. Avoid fast foods, egg yolks, potato chips, French fries and most commercially processed foods.

For carb blockers to be effective you must be or a proper diet and exercise program designed for weight loss for these pills to block a cheat meal’s bad calories you do not want to fully absorb in your system. For occasional use they work well at helping you go off the diet for a day or to and limit the damage. Do not be fooled though, if you continue the same habits that got you fat in the first place, you will still be fat.
